01Requirements & Sampling
Send your design, reference sample or specification. We review what can be matched, provide a digital mockup for visual direction, then produce a physical sample for your approval before any bulk commitment.
02Bulk Production
Once the sample is approved, production follows the documented specification: cutting, crown sewing, brim assembly, decoration and finishing are carried out in-house against the approved reference.

03Quality Inspection
Incoming materials, in-process checks and final inspection against the approved sample and measurement sheet — covering construction, stitching, decoration, dimensions and packaging before shipment.
04Packing & Shipment
Hats are packed to your agreed packaging specification and shipped by express, air or sea. Tracking and shipping documents are provided at dispatch; the approved sample and spec remain the reference for repeat orders.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
BDBRIM is a manufacturer. Custom hats and headwear are produced at our own facility in Baoding, China — cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing, finishing and inspection are handled in-house. You can verify this through original factory photos, a video call or an on-site visit.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the style, material and colors of your specific product — it is not one blanket number. Tell us your design and quantity and we will confirm the current minimum conditions for your project.
Can I approve a physical sample before bulk production?
Yes. The physical sample is the approval gate before bulk production. Once approved, the sample and documented specification become the reference for production and any repeat orders.
How long does production take?
Development, production and transit are separate stages. Actual timing varies by style, quantity, material availability and approvals. We give realistic ranges with conditions for your specific project rather than a universal promise.
Will I pay U.S. import duties or tariffs?
Duty depends on product classification, origin and current trade measures, which can change. We can provide product details and classification reference information; please confirm current duty with your customs broker before ordering.
